Mano a Mano + Orquestra de Jazz do Funchal
The first jazz concert at Festas na Rua has its origins in the “Pearl of the Atlantic”. Following on from their collaboration at last year’s Funchal Jazz Festival, Mano a Mano, consisting of brother guitarists Bruno and André Santos, will join the Funchal Jazz Orchestra in a show that will revisit music from across the Madeira duo’s ten-year career and five albums. The orchestra was founded in 2020 by brothers Francisco and Alexandre Andrade, its artistic directors, and brings together musicians from Madeira to perform Big Band music.
