Golden Years of Italian Cinema

Italian cinema’s golden age, which began after World War II and lasted several decades, marked and influenced the history of cinema. From July 31st to September 3rd, Medeia Filmes presents the cycle “Os anos de ouro do cinema italiano” (golden years of Italian cinema), screening 51 films, in restored prints, some never before seen in theaters, directed by 16 filmmakers, dozens of masterpieces that won awards at major film festivals, Oscars and were beloved by audiences.
