We Will Rock You
Musical
The musical with music by Queen, and story & script by Ben Elton, which has been seen by more than 16 million people around the world, arrives in Lisbon in September. Scheduled to premiere on the 21st, at Sagres Campo Pequeno, the musical features 24 of Queen’s most famous songs, bringing together around 50 Portuguese artists simultaneously on stage.
Lasting approximately 150 minutes, this semi-staged show is spoken in Portuguese with the songs in their original language. The scenic direction is in charge of João Guimarães, with the orchestra directed by Paulo Pires and the choreography by Daniela Pinto.
