Lisboa Soa
Lisboa Soa is an annual festival of sound art, which aims to enhance artistic creation, but also give it a social, political and ecological context through direct intervention in public space, through sound installations and listening sessions, inviting the community to rediscover the city through their ears.
The 9th edition takes place from October 11 to 19 in Jardins do Bombarda and Mitra de Lisboa. This year’s programme explores sound as a vital force that permeates bodies, cities, and landscapes. More than just presenting artistic works, the curation seeks to create a sensorial and participatory ecosystem, where installations, performances, and workshops invite reflection on the visible and invisible energy that connects people, stories, and collective memories.
