Millennium Festival ao Largo

The 17th edition of the Millennium Festival ao Largo is coming up, a free cultural event that will liven up Lisbon’s summer nights, transforming Largo de São Carlos into an open-air stage for classical music, opera and dance performances. From July 4 to 28, Largo de São Carlos will become a place of discovery, a meeting point between the classical and the contemporary, between Camões’ literary heritage and art on stage.
With the façade of Teatro Nacional de São Carlos as the backdrop and Largo de São Carlos as the stage, the Choir of the Teatro Nacional de São Carlos, the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra, the male and female dancers of Companhia Nacional de Bailado (CNB) and the young people from the Território program of Estúdios Victor Córdon will perform.
