Grilo is a multidisciplinary artist focused on the intersection of music with writing, dance, light, theater, and film. He is interested in the languages of wonder, the invisible, and the absurd, often working within a logic of sonic symbolism. In recent years, he has developed a growing interest in narratology, fiction, and the collective imagination.

ivu’kar is a concert-performance about care, developed around a visual, symbolic, sonic, and gestural language that the artist created in collaboration with his mother, and it is an ongoing practice of endlessly translating that language.
