Nitin Sawhney

Acclaimed musician, composer and producer Nitin Sawhney is preparing to return to Portugal to present Identity, a new album that has received a lot of attention in the British press. “Illegal”, one of the lead singles, features the voice of notorious ex-footballer Gary Liniker, who was recently involved in a major controversy after being dismissed from his post as a BBC commentator for expressing solidarity with refugees and immigrants on his social media channels.
Nitin’s new album, Identity, follows on from 2021’s Immigrants, a record that won critical acclaim and received great support in the press.
