Pedro Quintas

The eight (oito) paintings in this exhibition are about the interaction between shape, color and pattern. Each work explores various geometric elements, specifically circles and lines, creating a visual rhythm.

The spatial organization is characterized by the overlapping of geometric shapes, especially the juxtaposition of circles and linear patterns. The variation in the density and orientation of the lines gives the composition dynamism, while the constant presence of the circle establishes a point of visual convergence. The arrangement of the paintings side by side allows a direct comparison of the artist’s techniques and approaches.
