Outsiders

Outsiders – Independent American Cinema returns to Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon from April 30th to May 5th with a selection of 12 films, by independent American directors, which have traversed some of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, but have never before been shown in Portugal.

In this edition, it tries to address the question: “what is the American family today”? For the answer, there is a group of films that traces a portrait of contemporary America in all its wonder and contradictions.
