Musseque
Fábio (Krayze) Januário

Musseque begins with four dancers who share the movement, the resistance and the pleasure found in kuduro, a musical and dance genre that came up in the suburbs of Luanda during the Angolan Civil War. This is a place they left a long time ago and now return to in memory and body. Here the periphery is home, discourse is a revolution and bodies are resistance, at the frantic pace of those who go on beyond the war.
