Camané

Camané looks back on his long career. The fado singer covers some of his most iconic works, from his first albums, released in the 90s, to his most recent album, Horas Vazias (2021). Camané began his career in music as a child, becoming a regular presence in Lisbon’s fado houses from a young age. He released his first album in 1995, entitled Uma Noite de Fados, which features live recording. Since then, he has recorded 11 studio albums, one of which with Mário Laginha, plus two live albums, and participated in countless projects with other artists. Between classics, new songs and traditional fados, Camané performs with his usual accomplices: José Manuel Neto (Portuguese guitar), Carlos Manuel Proença (fado guitar) and Paulo Paz (double bass).
