Ana Moura

Casa Guilhermina is the new album by Ana Moura. In addition to being a tribute to her maternal grandmother, the album represents a turning point in the artist’s career. Experiencing a new phase, Ana Moura assumes her composer vein here, having written some of the lyrics. Created during the pandemic, Casa Guilhermina had the help of musicians she admires, such as Conan Osiris, Pedro Mafama, Manecas Costa or Ângelo Freire. Being a work with total creative freedom, the record mixes sounds as different as fado and semba, morna and kizomba, samba and choro. This new work is presented on March 19th at Coliseu dos Recreios.
