PROMIN – which means “ray” in Ukrainian – is a festival celebrating contemporary Ukrainian culture, with three days of powerful cinema, video art and talks. The event brings together leading Ukrainian artists, filmmakers, and the public, to reflect on identity, memory, and resilience.
