This year Katia Guerreiro celebrates 25 years in Fado. A leading voice of modern fado, Katia’s journey began in 2000 when João Braga invited her to a tribute concert to Amália Rodrigues. Since the beginning of her career, Katia has been performing worldwide: France, Morocco, Belgium, England, Wales, Egypt, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Greece, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Tunisia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Canada, South Africa, New Caledonia, Turkey and India.
