Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf?
The Lisbon Players

The play follows the volatile relationship between George and Martha, a middle-aged married couple. Set against the backdrop of a late-night gathering in their house with a younger couple, Nick and Honey, the play portrays a night of verbal sparring, emotional revelations, and gamesmanship.
Albee has said that the title of the play “means who’s afraid of the big bad wolf … who’s afraid of living life without false illusions.”
